Billing FAQ

How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly and paid automatically with the card on file (auto-pay). Usage above your plan allotment (extra triages or ingest) is metered and added to the same monthly invoice. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing area.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry the charge and email you. If it stays unpaid, the account moves to a restricted state: existing data is retained and read-only, but AI triage and new actions pause until the balance is cleared. Nothing is deleted while you resolve it.
Can I try it before I buy?

Where does my data live?
