Account data (name, work email, organization) when you create a workspace. Usage data (feature usage, AI triage counts, ingest volume) to operate and bill the service. Security telemetry you connect (alerts, events, entities) that AiSOC processes on your behalf. Standard access logs (IP, user-agent, path, timestamp) for abuse mitigation.

To provide, secure, and improve the service, to bill your subscription, and to support you. Cyble acts as a processor for the security telemetry in your workspace and processes it only to deliver AiSOC. We do not sell your data, run third-party ad networks, or embed cross-site trackers, and we do not use your security telemetry to train shared models.

Your workspace data is hosted in the region you choose. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, connector credentials are stored in an encrypted vault, and tenants are isolated at the query layer. Enterprise customers can run AiSOC single-tenant in their own cloud, including sovereign regions, under a Data Processing Addendum.

Access logs are retained for up to 30 days. Workspace data is retained for the life of your subscription and deleted on request or after termination, subject to legal retention requirements. To request export or deletion, email [email protected] from your account address.

AiSOC is a business security product. We do not direct it at children under 16 and do not knowingly collect their data.
