The terms for using AiSOC.

These terms govern your use of AiSOC, the autonomous Security Operations Center provided by Cyble. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organization. Enterprise customers may sign a separate master agreement that supersedes these terms.

AiSOC is offered on subscription plans (Free, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and charged automatically to the payment method on file. Usage above your plan allotment (additional AI triages or ingest) is metered and added to the same invoice.

If a payment fails, we retry and notify you. Unresolved balances move the account to a restricted state in which data is retained and read-only while AI actions pause, until the balance clears. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing area at any time.

Use AiSOC only for lawful security operations on data you are authorized to process. Do not attempt to breach tenant isolation, exceed published rate limits, resell access without authorization, or use the service to attack third parties. If you find a vulnerability, report it to [email protected] rather than exercising it.

Cyble processes your data as a processor on your behalf to provide the service, under the Privacy Policy and, for Enterprise customers, a Data Processing Addendum. Data residency options are available; Enterprise customers can run AiSOC single-tenant in their own cloud, including sovereign regions.

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, AiSOC is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Cyble is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; direct liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
